Investigations are still continuing into an incident which occurred at Ryke Fuel in August in which an employee was struck and dragged by a stolen car.
The worker was injured when an attempted fuel drive-off went wrong.
The 2018 model Volkswagen Tiguan – bearing false registration plates – was later found burned out.

A 52-year-old Kingaroy woman will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on December 14 charged with drug-driving.
Police stopped her Hyundai Haly Street, Kingaroy, at 7:20pm on Sunday.
