A 65-year-old woman has been charged with drink-driving after she allegedly blew more than two times the legal limit when pulled over by police in Kingaroy on Sunday afternoon.

The woman allegedly recorded a reading of 0.135 BAC after she was pulled over by the Kingaroy Road Policing Unit in Baron Street.

Her licence was immediately suspended.

She is due to appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on December 14.

On November 3, police pulled over a 73-year-old Proston man travelling on Rodney Street, Proston, for a roadside breath test.

He will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on November 24 charged with drink-driving after he allegedly blew 0.062 BAC.

A 51-year-old Kingaroy man allegedly caught speeding, drink-driving (0.082 BAC) and driving while disqualified will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 16.

He was intercepted by the Kingaroy Road Policing Unit after he was allegedly spotted driving at 110km/h on Kingaroy-Cooyar Road last Thursday night.

His licence was immediately suspended

A 36-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on December 14 charged with drug-driving after police pulled over his vehicle in Knight Street, Kingaroy, on Friday night.

Police will also allege that a child in the vehicle was not properly restrained.
