FLASHBACK: Senior Constable Todd Armstrong promoting road safety … he is now OIC at Kumbia Police Station

November 6, 2020

Senior Constable Todd Armstrong has been appointed the new officer-in-charge at Kumbia Police station.

One of Senior Constable Armstrong’s first roles after his appointment was patrolling at this week’s Kumbia Races.

He’s a familiar face to South Burnett residents after serving at Kingaroy Station for many years and as the Adopt-a-Cop at Saint Mary’s Catholic College – a role he will continue to fill.

“My family and I are very lucky to have the opportunity to be living and working in such a great community,” Senior Constable Armstrong told Kumbia Party Line.

“Thank you to those who have already provided us with warm welcomes.”

The front counter at the Kumbia Police Station will be open on Mondays from 8:00am to noon (subject to operational requirements).

“For service outside these hours please phone 000 in an emergency or Policelink 13-14-44 for non-urgent reporting,” Senior Constable Armstrong said.

“Alternatively you can report non-urgent matters through the QPS website.

“Currently I am unable to process weapons licence documents. If it is urgent, please complete online or at the Kingaroy Police Station.

“All new weapons license applications are now processed through Australia Post in Kingaroy.”
