A teenage girl was airlifted to hospital after a horse-riding accident at Ban Ban Springs on Tuesday evening.
QAS paramedics were called to the private property about 6:00pm.
They treated the girl at the scene for a hip injury before transporting her to Gayndah Hospital in a stable condition.
She was later airlifted to Bundaberg Hospital via rescue helicopter.
