A 52ha macadamia and avocado orchard at Mt Binga will be auctioned online later this month.
‘Wodonga Park’ at 45 Mt Binga Road is being auctioned by Colliers International on SoldOnline.com.au on October 30.
Colliers says the property, which is split into three blocks, is the largest producer and exporter of biodynamic macadamias and avocados in Australia.
It has about 1200 avocado, 7000 macadamia and 1000 lemon trees.
Three homes, a packing shed, coolroom, workshop, silos, plant and equipment are included in the sale.
