October 2, 2020
South Burnett Regional Council has re-scheduled its October general meeting.
The meeting, originally planned for October 21, has been brought forward to October 14.
A Council spokesperson said all other meetings will be held on their previously advertised dates, unless otherwise notified.
No reason was provided for the change but it is believed the meeting has been rescheduled to allow delegates to attend the Local Government Association of Queensland’s annual conference, which will be held on October 19-21.
Due to COVID-19 health directives, entry restrictions will still apply for the October meeting however it will be livestreamed on Council’s website.
