South Burnett Regional Council has released two videos that provide some basic information about food safety for businesses diversifying during the COVID-19 crisis.
A Council spokesperson said new government restrictions had been forced on to mainstream food service businesses, requiring cafes, restaurants and bakeries to diversify with many looking at adopting a delivery service model.
“In addition to national food laws, the COVID-19 pandemic has added further need for vigilance,” the spokesperson said.
“With this in mind, South Burnett Regional Council has released the following food safety videos to support business owners informing their staff on safe food practices, while diversifying the way in which they do business.
