A truck driver was transported to hospital after a B-Double carrying cattle overturned on the Wide Bay Highway on Wednesday night.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near the Kilkivan Golf Course, at 7:10pm.
QAS paramedics treated a man at the scene and then transported him to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition with lacerations to his back.
The crash blocked traffic on the highway for several hours.
A specialist tow truck was called in to right the vehicle.
A police spokesperson said one lane re-opened at 9:45pm but it wasn’t until 12:45am that the highway was fully re-opened.
