QFES issued Emergency Alert flood messages for Bell, Kaimkillenbun, Jandowae and Dalby residents at 4:50pm on Monday.
Severe thunderstorms are forecast to affect the area, which may lead to flooding and flash flooding.
Properties in these areas may also experience flooding.
Residents have been advised to secure their belongings, prepare to move to higher ground and warn neighbours.
Residents should visit the Bureau of Meteorology website for more information, tune into local media for updates and contact the State Emergency Service on 13-25-00 for flood assistance.
