South Burnett residents have been invited by the RAAF to drop into Wondai Airport on Saturday (September 7) to check out a huge C-27J Spartan transport plane.
No 35 Squadron will be hosting a barbecue at the airport for visitors between 9:00am and 1:00pm.
The public will have the opportunity to tour through one of the aircraft, speak to the crew and ask questions.
A Spartan will also be flying circuits of Wondai Airport.
The airport is located on Wondai-Proston Road. Turn left off the Bunya Highway, just opposite Wondai Cemetery.
