Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision near the intersection of Thornville Range Road and the New England Highway on Monday morning.
The incident occurred about 9:00am, nine kilometres south of Cooyar.
QAS paramedics initially assessed five patients at the scene.
Four people were transported in a stable condition by road ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital.
A QAS spokesperson said two had minor injuries and two had no obvious injuries.
A medevac helicopter, which landed nearby, transported the fifth patient – a teenager – to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition with chest pain.
