Police are seeking witnesses to a single-vehicle crash on Tuesday night in which a 30-year-old South Burnett woman died.
The incident occurred on the Burnett Highway, just past Redgate Road.
A police spokesperson said initial investigations indicated the woman’s grey Mitsubishi Triton dual-cab left the highway, hit some trees and caught on fire just before 11:00pm.
The driver died at the scene.
Police are looking to speak with anyone who saw the vehicle or witnessed the incident, between five and 10 kilometres south of Goomeri.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
