Kingaroy detectives are seeking public help to locate the two thieves who stole a teller machine from the Kingaroy Car & Dog Wash in Rogers Drive on April 18.
The vehicle used in the theft – which was stolen in an earlier robbery at Brooklands – was found burned out at Benarkin last week.
Acting officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Detective Sergeant Scott Prendergast, said police were following a number of leads but the public could have vital information which would help their investigation.
“If you have any information at all, however unimportant you may think it is, please contact Crime Stoppers or Kingaroy Police,” Det Sgt Prendergast said.
“It may just be the missing piece in the puzzle that we need.”
Crime Stoppers can be contacted anonymously on 1800-333-000 or ring Kingaroy Police on (07) 4160-4900.
