Police have recovered a stolen Toyota Hilux trayback used in two robberies in Kingaroy last week.
The vehicle was found burned out in bushland near Benarkin on Monday.
Owner Ashlee Trace told southburnett.com.au the vehicle had also been rolled on to its roof before being burned so the thieves could remove the wheels and tyres.
The dual-cab trayback was stolen from a machinery shed at Brooklands, along with tools and other equipment, on April 10.
It was then used in the robbery of a cash teller machine from the Kingaroy Car & Dog Wash in Rogers Drive and the theft of items from South Burnett Hire and Sales in First Avenue.
Kingaroy Car & Dog Wash has been the target of multiple robberies in recent years.
A vehicle used in an earlier incident at the business was found burned out in bushland near Blackbutt in July 2017.
