Firefighters are monitoring the site of a blaze which broke out near T H Burns Road at Ballogie on Saturday afternoon.
At one point 13 fire crews were at the incident on Sunday, with smoke affecting the nearby Chinchilla-Wondai Road.
QFES was advising motorists to drive with caution.
Fire crews returned to the scene on Monday and Tuesday.
No properties were under threat.

A large grass fire at Yimbun, near Harlin, briefly closed the Brisbane Valley Highway on Monday evening.
Queensland Police reported that the highway was closed to all through traffic at 5:00pm.
It was re-opened by 7:00pm.
Five fire crews were still at the incident on Tuesday morning.
