Registrations are now open for people planning to take part in the 2019 Wondai Country Running Festival on June 22-23.
The inaugural running festival was held in 2018 and proved very popular with visitors.
This year’s event will again feature a 2km fun run as well as a 10km event, a half marathon and a full marathon.
There’s also a 10km forest trail run through McEuen Forest.
Cr Ros Heit, who is on the organising committee, said earlybird entry prices applied for registrations (see below).
However, all registrations must be in by 5:00pm on June 20.

Program of Events
Saturday (June 22)
- 7:00am – Regular weekly parkrun
- 9:00am – 2km untimed social family fun run (no pre-registration, $5 entry on the day)
- 2:30pm – 10km PCA McEuen Forest trail run
Sunday (June 23)
- 6:45am – Ken Mills Automotive Marathon
- 6:45am – Bendigo Bank Half Marathon
- 6:45am – PCA 10km run
Entry Fees
- Marathon – $50 (up to Feb 28), $65 (up to Apr 30), $80 (up to Jun 20)
- Half Marathon – $30 (up to Feb 28), $45 (up to Apr 30), $60 (up to Jun 20)
- 10km Events – $25 (up to Feb 28), $30 (up to Apr 30), $40 (up to Jun 20)
- 10km “Doubler” – Enter both 10km events for $40 (up to Feb 28), $55 (up to Apr 30), $75 (up to Jun 20)
