A 23-year-old Kingaroy man has been charged after police on patrol in Kingaroy allegedly spotted a drug deal going down.
Officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior Sergeant David Tierney, said police on patrol in Freemans Lane at 10:50am on October 17 observed two men and a woman taking part in what appeared to be a drug sale.
A search of the people allegedly located two small bags of methylamphetamine.
As a result, a 23-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy magistrates Court on November 26 charged with supplying a dangerous drug.
A 30-year-old Kingaroy woman will appear on the same date charged with possessing a dangerous drug.

On October 15, Kingaroy police attended an address in William Street, where they located a 24-year-old Kingaroy man allegedly attempting to hide two ice pipes in his bag.
Police subsequently executed a search warrant at a Jean Street residence and allegedly located a small quantity of cannabis and a bong.
The man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26 charged with possessing a dangerous drug and drug utensils.

On October 18, police executed search warrants at a number of addresses throughout Kingaroy:
- At 7:45am, a search at Jean Street allegedly located a number of drug utensils, small quantities of cannabis and a set of nunchakus. A 31-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 11 charged with possessing a dangerous drug, drug utensils and a restricted item.
- At 8:15am, a search at Murray Parade allegedly located cannabis and drug utensils. A 31-year-old Kingaroy woman will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26 charged with possessing a dangerous drug and drug utensils.
- At 9:30am, a search at Reen Street allegedly located a small quantity of cannabis and drug utensils. A 51-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26 charged with possessing a dangerous drug and drug utensil.

Police have been kept busy with roadside drug and alcohol breath tests:
- A 22-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26 charged with drink-driving after police pulled over his Mazda ute on the Bunya Highway at Crawford at 8:30pm on October 15. He allegedly had a BAC of 0.056.
- A 22-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26 charged with unlicensed driving after police stopped his Holden on Haly Street, Kingaroy, at 10:30pm on October 15.
- A 22-year-old Tingoora man will face a charge of drug-driving in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on December 3 after police stopped a Hyundai hatchback on Poinciana Avenue, Kingaroy, at 3:50pm on October 19.
- A 31-year-old Narrabeen man driving a Mitsubishi was pulled over by police on Haly Street, Kingaroy, at 12:05am on October 20. He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26 charged with driving while over the general limit (0.09 BAC).
- At 4;20am on October 20, police intercepted a Kia on Haly Street, Kingaroy. A 39-year-old Tingoora man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26 charged with driving while disqualified.
- A 26-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on December 3 charged with drug driving after police pulled over his Holden Commodore in Youngman Street, Kingaroy, at 4:00pm on October 20.

A 29-year-old Kingaroy man has been charged with stealing following a complaint that a bottle of aftershave was taken from a Kingaroy Street business on October 15.
He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 5.
Police have charged a 37-year-old Kingaroy man after investigations into the unlawful entry of a motor vehicle in Haly Street, Kingaroy, on October 10. He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 26 charged with possessing tainted property.

Officers from Kingaroy responded to a variety of incidents between October 15 and October 21 within the Kingaroy Police Division.
These included drug, traffic, property and weapons offences.
During this period police also attended five calls related to domestic violence, issued eight infringement notices for life-endangering traffic offences and performed 67 Roadside Breath Tests.
