A 37-year-old woman critically injured in a single-vehicle crash near Gayndah last month has died in hospital.
About 1:00am on September 30, a member of the public located a vehicle in bushland off Gayndah-Mundubbera Road, about 10km west of Gayndah.
Emergency services attended the scene where they extracted the driver from the vehicle.
The woman, who was alone in the vehicle, was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital for treatment for significant head injuries.
She died in hospital on October 15.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and is appealing for any information regarding the incident.
