A 19-year-old Nanango man died in a single-vehicle crash on the D’Aguilar Highway on Monday night.
A police spokesperson said the incident occurred just before midnight.
Preliminary investigations indicate the car left the road before travelling about 50 metres into a nearby paddock and hitting a tree.
The crash occurred on the stretch of the highway between Barker Creek Flat and Nanango Golf Course.
The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the cause of the crash.
