An elderly man has been flown to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital after the car he was travelling in rolled down an embankment south of Gympie on Tuesday.
The Sunshine Coast RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was despatched to the scene shortly after 4:00pm.
An RACQ LifeFlight spokesperson said the man suffered multiple injuries and was airlifted in a stable condition.
