A driver who allegedly fled the scene after a smash on Tessmanns Road in Kingaroy last Wednesday has been charged by police.
The two-vehicle crash occurred about 1:00pm, injuring a 69-year-old man.
Police will allege a Holden sedan collided with a Hyundai stationwagon that was turning into a property, spinning the vehicle 180 degrees.
Both vehicles were badly damaged.
Police allege the driver of the Holden fled the scene in another vehicle.
The driver of the Hyundai suffered a broken leg but his passenger was not hurt.
Police located the driver, a 24-year-old Crawford man, on Monday.
He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on September 19, charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, fail to remain at a traffic crash, unlicensed driving and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Kingaroy Police are investigating the theft of clothing and a high pressure cleaner from a shed in Kelvyn Street, Kingaroy.
The property was later located behind a Roberta Street address.
On August 14, an unknown person damaged a red Ford stationwagon which was parked at Shoppingworld in Kingaroy.
On August 19, unknown persons have gained entry to a building in Jean Street and damaged property inside, including musical instruments. Entry was gained by smashing a rear window.
Investigations in to all three incidents are continuing.

On August 14, police executed a search warrant at an Ivy Street address in Kingaroy and allegedly located a small quantity of dangerous drugs.
A 17-year-old Kingaroy youth has been charged with possessing dangerous drugs and drug utensils.

Police have been kept busy with roadside drug and alcohol tests:
On August 16, police intercepted a Holden on the D’Aguilar Highway. A 41-year-old Kingaroy woman allegedly returned a positive drug test.
Later the same day, police stopped a Holden on Haly Street, Kingaroy. A 36-year-old Kingaroy woman allegedly returned a positive drug test.
On August 18, police stopped a Holden on the D’Aguilar Highway. An 18-year-old Yarraman woman allegedly returned a positive drug test.
On August 19, police intercepted a Holden on Haly Street, Kingaroy. A 39-year-old Tingoora man allegedly returned a positive drug test.
All four drivers are due to appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on October 15.
On Saturday, August 18, police pulled over a Kia station wagon on River Road, Kingaroy, for an RBT.
A 27-year-old Inverlaw woman will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on September 17, charged with unlicensed driving.

Officers from Kingaroy also responded to eight calls related to domestic violence incidents between August 13-19.
