Proston Show Junior Rural Ambassador Stephanie Flint has notched up another 2018 title, being named Champion School Led Steer Parader at the Brisbane Ekka.
Stephanie, who attends Murgon State High School, defeated 260 competitors on Monday – including paraders from other South Burnett schools – to be named champion.
She led a limousin steer to claim the win.
Reserve Champion was Thomas Duddy, from Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie) in Brisbane.
Earlier, Stephanie took out Class 23 – School Parader 16 years to 18 years.
Kingaroy State High School student Gorgie Plowman also did very well in the competition, coming second in Class 21 – School Parader 11 years to 13 years.
The judges for the final were David Bolton, from Shepparton, and Kim Groner, from Meandarra.
