The South Burnett Musical Comedy Society (SBMCS) will be holding two information sessions for its upcoming production of Disney’s Beauty And The Beast” on Sunday and Monday, June 3-4.
The sessions will be held at Kingaroy State High School’s Assembly Hall on Sunday at 2:00pm, and on Monday evening at 7:00pm.
The SBMCS recently concluded its highly acclaimed choral production of “Les Miserables” in Kingaroy.
While Les Mis was running, production team leaders worked in the background to set up all the organisational aspects of the next show.
They now need everyone else … on-stage cast and backstage singers and helpers to fill out all the production crew.
The information sessions will provide all necessary background information on the show and the roles that need to be filled.
They will be followed by auditions held between June 9-17.

Beauty And The Beast will be performed in Kingaroy over two weekends in October before going on to Maryborough’s Brolga Theatre and the Empire Theatre in Toowoomba.
