An 81-year-old woman died after a single vehicle crash on the Bunya Highway on Wednesday morning.
The vehicle was heading south on the highway about 10:50am when it left the road and struck an embankment at Pirrinuan, south of Cooranga.
Two patients were treated by QAS paramedics at the scene and transported to Dalby Hospital.
The elderly female driver, who was transported in a critical condition, later died.
A male passenger suffered minor injuries and was transported in a stable condition.
