A man aged in his 40s was flown to hospital with multiple serious injuries after a vehicle rolled over near Cooyar on Thursday night.
Emergency services were called to the incident on the New England Highway about 8:50pm.
Ambulance paramedics treated the man at the scene and he was then flown by the Rescue 500 helicopter to Toowoomba Hospital.
He travelled in a stable condition.

In a separate incident, a 42-year-old man was flown from Kingaroy Hospital to Toowoomba Hospital with a broken leg and lacerations after a motorcycle crash near Booie.
The man’s bike left the road and hit a tree.
The RACQ CareFlight helicopter flew him to Toowoomba in a stable condition.
