The Nanango Race Club will be holding its popular Easter Race Meeting at the Lee Park Raceway on Saturday.
This meeting’s theme is “Easter Bonnets, Bowlers and Cottontails” and guests are encouraged to dress up in their best Easter outfits or accessories to be in the running for some great Moffatdale Ridge Fashions Of The Field prizes.
The club’s popular Champagne@the Bit bar will be running all day and there’ll also be a licensed bar and barbecue, canteen, bookies and an on-course tote.
Buses will be running from Kingaroy’s Glendon Street Bus Depot at noon, and the Nanango RSL at 12:30pm
Gates will open at the track at 11:00am and the first race will leave the barriers at 1:20pm.
Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for pensioners (under-15s are free).
The meeting is being sponsored by James Curtain Racing, Bechley’s Transport, McDonalds Kingaroy, Fiedler Brothers Plumbing and Purser’s Coaches.
