Kingaroy State High School welcomed its newest generation of young leaders last week when it held its annual student investiture ceremony.
The students were sworn in before the school community, parents and invited guests at a special school assembly in the high school’s Indoor Sports Centre on Tuesday, February 14.
Badges were presented to Form captains from Years 8-12; to Band, Choir and Dance captains; House captains; Committee chairpersons; and Junior and Senior school captains and vice-captains.
Mrs Kirstie Schumacher, the Community Relations Co-ordinator at Stanwell Corporation, was this year’s special guest speaker.
