Police from Cooyar, Yarraman and Blackbutt joined with colleagues from Crows Nest to conduct a blitz on local roads on Thursday.
Acting Senior Sergeant Peter Jenkins, from the Darling Downs Tactical Crime Squad, said the uniformed police were joined by officers from the Dalby and Toowoomba Road Policing Unit.
The “targeted driving operation” focussed on drink driving, drug driving and other traffic offences.
Acting Snr Sgt Jenkins said a number of drivers were charged with speeding, traffic infringements and unlicensed driving.
