Police are appealing for public help held to find a 60-year-old man reported missing in the Caboolture area.
Paul Horsfield was last seen at a medical facility on McKean Street at around 10:30am on August 25 and has not been in contact with friends or family since.
He may be travelling between Caboolture and Gympie.
Police hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 185cm tall, of a medium build with short brown hair and brown eyes.
Paul was last seen wearing jeans, sunglasses and brown work boots.
