Eighteen Kingaroy State High School students who assisted at the Kingaroy Rotary Police Ball earlier this year were thanked on Tuesday for their efforts.
Kingaroy Rotary Club president Sgt Wayne Bushell and Constable Samantha Giles presented the students with thank you certificates at the High School Assembly on Tuesday.
The school was also presented with a painting, purchased with a $500 donation from Rotary, which will hang in the school’s dining room.
It will join another painting, also donated by Rotary, which was given to the school after the 2014 Rotary Police Ball.
