Christmas came a little bit earlier at SBcare in Kingaroy on Saturday night, with Kingaroy Rotary Club celebrating “Christmas In July” to help raise funds for the Kingaroy Girl Guides.
Traditional Yuletide fare was prepared by club president Wayne Bushell with helpers from Rotary.
The 60 or so diners were waited on by Girl Guides, also decked out in festive gear.
The smorgasbord dinner included cream of chicken soup, pumpkin soup, roast pork, baked ham, tarragon chicken, sticky date pudding and trifle.
Money raised from the tickets sold and raffles on the night will help the Kingaroy Girl Guides repair the kitchen at their Guide Hut.
