An 11-year-old-boy has been airlifted by the Bundaberg-based RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter after an accident on a football field on Saturday.
The CareFlight helicopter was tasked to Mundubbera Hospital about 6pm.
It is believed the boy had an accident on a football field and sustained possible spinal and head injuries.
The patient was airlifted to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
