Police are appealing for public help to locate a 74-year-old man missing from Gayndah.
Alan Ellsworth was last seen on Thursday (May 12) at a Warton Street house.
He has not made any contact with family members since.
Concerns are held for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Mr Ellsworth is described as Caucasian, 168cm tall and of heavy build.
It is believed he is driving a gold-coloured 1998 Ford Falcon stationwagon with Queensland registration plates 943-VSP.
If anyone has seen Mr Ellsworth or his vehicle they are asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800-333-000.
UPDATE May 21: Police report that Mr Ellsworth has been located safe.
