TAFE Queensland South West will be running a short course in First Aid and CPR in Kingaroy on Thursday, May 19.
Attendees will study “Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation” (SSHLT0717) and the “First Aid Skill Set” (SSHLT0001).
These units cover vital lifesaving skills to enable participants to recognise and treat an unconscious casualty until emergency workers arrive.
Attendees can learn both First Aid and CPR, or simply refresh their CPR skills.
A TAFE spokesperson spaces were expected to fill quickly.
The enrolment cut-off date is one week prior to the course.
