A Brisbane couple was injured in a motorcycle crash on the Blackbutt Range on Sunday morning.

Emergency services were called to the scene about 9:30am.

An RACQ CareFlight spokesperson said the husband and wife were both treated by paramedics at the scene.

The 61-year-old female pillion passenger was flown by RACQ CareFlight to Royal Brisbane Hospital in a stable condition. She suffered injuries to her shoulder, collarbone and knee.

Her husband, who suffered a back injury, was taken by road ambulance to Caboolture Hospital.

This is the second motorcycle crash to have occurred near Blackbutt in 24 hours.

On Saturday evening, a man aged in his 50s suffered head injuries in a crash which occurred about 6:00pm.
