Police have charged a man following their investigations into the alleged assault of a tow truck driver at Caboolture on February 8.
Police will allege that about 1:50pm the man was involved in an altercation with a tow-truck driver on Burnett Lane.
The 48-year-old male tow truck driver was not physically injured as a result of the incident.
A 27-year-old Caboolture man has been charged with common assault, wilful damage and enter premises to commit indictable offence.
He is scheduled to appear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court on March 24.
