Another man charged in the wake of a large brawl in July last year which left a man dead faced Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Monday.
Brandon Jae Walsh pleaded guilty to a charge of public nuisance, being drunk in a public place and public urination.
The court was told Walsh had been offered a lift home by police earlier in the night when he was seen drunk near a Kingaroy hotel.
However, he refused and went on his own way.
Walsh later met up with other people and became involved in the altercation near Gladys Street during which a man died.
Zack Bleakley, 22, was run over and killed by a reversing 4WD. No one has been charged in relation to the death.
Magistrate Barry Barrett placed Walsh on nine months probation on the public nuisance charge, and fined him a total of $250 on the two other charges.
