Nanango State School is celebrating its 150th anniversary this weekend with activities on Friday night and Saturday morning.
On Friday night, a meet’n’greet for former students is being held at historic Ringsfield House.
The original Nanango State School building is now located in its grounds and students will be able to take a look and relive old memories.
And then on Saturday, an Anniversary Fair will be held in the school’s grounds from 9:00am to 1:00pm with entertainment, food stalls and memorabilia on display.
A 150th anniversary commemorative book will also be available to purchase.
The festivities will wind up just in time for everyone to make their way to Lee Park to catch Race 1 of the Nanango Race Club’s Valentine’s meeting.
