Hot summer weather and seasonal storms have kept a lot of bowlers off the greens this past week.

But with Australia Day now over and school back in session, the festive season has drawn to a close.

This means things should quickly start returning to normal … except for club greenkeepers, who’ll be kept busy until the weather starts to cool in late April.

Here’s what’s been happening at some of our local bowls clubs over the last week.
