Josh Arnold, the singer-songwriter who crafts special songs for small towns, is coming back to the South Burnett … this time to Blackbutt and Benarkin.
Josh will be working with children from the Timbertowns to make their a music video clip during workshops in June.
The workshops to create the video are being made possible by the South Burnett Regional Council’s RADF scheme.
Josh’s “Small Town Culture” project has been visiting towns all over Queensland during the past few years.
In the South Burnett, Josh has made music videos for Yarraman, Kilkivan and Wondai P-9 (see below).
He also put together a longer 13-minute video feature for the the Barambah schools cluster.
The plan is for the new Timbertowns song to be officially launched at this year’s Bloomin’ Beautiful Blackbutt Festival.
