Kingaroy cricketer Holly Ferling has been selected in the Australian squads to take on the touring Indian women’s side later this month.
The Commonwealth Bank Southern Stars squads for the upcoming limited-overs series against India were announced on Tuesday.
Ferling has taken 15 wickets so far this summer in the Women’s Big Bash League for the Brisbane Heat, with her form winning praise from critics.
New faces in the T20 squad are Sydney Thunder’s Lauren Cheatle (fast bowler) and Naomi Stalenberg (batter).
