The Bundaberg-based RACQ CareFlight helicopter was called to Manar Park, near Boondooma, on Thursday afternoon to assist an injured teenager.
The 13-year-old boy suffered abdominal injuries when his motorcycle crashed.
He was airlifted to Nambour Hospital in a stable condition.
