A 62-year-old man has been taken to hospital after a single vehicle crash on Old Esk North Road, Nanango, on Friday morning.
The incident occurred just south of the intersection with Greenwood Creek Road about 9:15am.
The vehicle ran off the road into a culvert, causing extensive damage to the front.
The man was taken to hospital for observation after he complained of chest pain.
