Toowoomba Regional Council is offering residents the chance to have their say on what the future for tourism and events should look like in the region.
The TRC has launched a short on-line survey as part of its community engagement surrounding the development of the tourism and events strategy.
The online survey is open until 5:00pm on Friday, December 11.
Input will be used to compile a draft strategy, which is expected to be presented to Council in the first quarter of next year.

Cr Geoff McDonald said ideas and feedback would help inform Council’s Tourism and Events Strategy, which would guide the region’s tourism activities in coming years.
“Tourism is a vital and growing part of the Toowoomba Region economy and has great potential for jobs growth and attracting visitors and business to our region,” Cr McDonald said.
“Council is keen to hear imaginative proposals or suggestions about how to enhance the tourism sector across our region. Every community is unique and that can be the appeal of a place or an event to visitors from interstate and overseas.”
