If you’re wondering about all the cowboy hats, it’s just Murgon shopkeepers getting into the swing for this weekend’s Music Muster at Murgon Showgrounds.
The event, organised by the Murgon Rotary Club, is always a highlight on the grey nomad “circuit” and campervans started rolling into the grounds on Monday.
Music started filling the PCYC hall on Thursday afternoon, and the official opening with Cr Kathy Duff and the Wakka Wakka dancers was on Friday afternoon … but Saturday is always the biggest day!
Artists will include Dan Kerin, Alice Benfer, Buddy Thomson, Brian Letton, Glen Albrecht, Lynne Bennett, Merv Webster plus the South Burnett’s own Muddy Flats and walk-up artists.
The muster winds up at 3:00pm on Sunday.
A Saturday pass is $25 or $15 for Sunday.
