A ball with a difference was held at Kingaroy Town Hall on Friday night.
Kingaroy-based not-for-profit group South Burnett Peace Of Mind Association hosted the second annual White Dove Ball, a dinner dance for the people who attend their weekly drop-in centre in Kingaroy.
Local band Whole Hearted – Brett and Angelina Chaseling – and the South Burnett’s own Elvis, Jeff Hancox, provided the live entertainment.
Guests also enjoyed a meal prepared by Judy Crawford Catering.
South Burnett Peace Of Mind was founded by Kingaroy resident Rhonda Trivett in 2012.
South Burnett Deputy Mayor Keith Campbell officially opened the White Dove Ball.
