The Kingaroy TAFE college – part of TAFE Queensland South West – will be holding an open house next week designed to show the South Burnett community how training and further education can open career doors.
Teachers from industries ranging from aged care and hospitality to engineering will be on-hand to talk about courses, job outcomes, flexible study and payment options, and recognition of prior learning.
The session, which will include a free barbecue, will run from 5:00pm to 6:30pm on Wednesday, May 13.
