Police are appealing to members of the public for help to find a man who police would like to speak with after a serious offence involving a firearm last month near Caboolture.
About 11:00pm on March 21, a 23-year-old man received a serious facial injuries. He attended Caboolture Hospital and received treatment for his injuries.
Police believe Gympie man, Tallen Steven Hames, 23, may be able to help them with their inquiries.
Police believe Hames may be in the Gympie, Sunshine Coast or Maryborough areas.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180cm tall, of a slim build with dark brown hair.
Anyone who has seen Hames, or knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
