Clovely Estate will be hosting one of their popular Winemaker’s Dinners at the historic Barambah Station, south of Goomeri, next month.
Usually these dinners are held at Clovely’s city cellardoor at Red Hill in Brisbane but on rare occasions they are held back at Clovely’s home base in the South Burnett.
The dining hall is inside a converted stables building at Barambah Station.
Barambah was established in 1843 and was one of the first stations built in the South Burnett. It is located at 48 Barambah Homestead Road, Barambah (off the Burnett Highway).
The seven-course menu features local produce, including red claw from Theebine, Burnett Pork Alliance pork, Bendele chicken, Yarraman stone fruit and Goomeri honey – all accompanied by Clovely Estate wines.
Tickets for the autumn degustation dinner are $95 per head (which includes the wine) and can be booked by phoning Clovely on (07) 3876-3100 or online. The dinner will be held on Saturday, May 2.
