Goomeri junior cricketer Brooke Heness – part of the Murgon Flames’ all-girl team – has been awarded a grant under the Federal Government’s Local Sporting Champions program.
Brooke will use the funding to attend the Queensland School Sport Cricket Championships.

The $500 grant will help Brook cover the costs of participating in the cricket championships, including travel, equipment etc.
